2026 Advocacy and Policy Summit - Registrations Open

Following the success of our inaugural Summit in 2025, AACS is pleased to announce registrations are open for the 2026 AACS Advocacy and Policy Summit, to be held on Friday 13 March 2026 at NSW Parliament House. The Summit brings together Christian school leaders from across Australia—principals, board directors and school executives—to hear directly from federal and state political representatives and to be equipped with practical strategies for confident, effective advocacy in their local communities.

Commencing in the afternoon with policy and advocacy sessions in the Theatrette, the program will explore the key issues shaping Christian education and provide tangible tools for engagement. The evening program includes drinks and canapés, followed by a two-course dinner at Strangers’ Restaurant featuring special guests George Tryfiates, Vice President for Public Policy & Legal Affairs, Association of Christian Schools International, and Greg Sheridan, foreign affairs editor at The Australian and author of How Christians Can Succeed Today.

Summit speakers include Shadow Education Minister Julian Leeser MP, Dr Hugh McDermott MP, The Hon Susan Carter MLC, Gaelle Broad MLC, Pastor Mark Edwards, and Monica Doumit, with the Minister for Education, the Hon Jason Clare MP, invited to present the Government’s education policy position.
