Vanessa Cheng, AACS CEO, and Steven Kryger, Director - Public Affairs and Communication, joined 550 people from across Australia at the National Prayer Breakfast in Parliament House's Great Hall this morning, marking a record attendance for the event.
The gathering brings together community leaders, faith representatives, and politicians to pray for Australia's leaders, the nation, and the world. The morning began with a welcome from Samoan singers, followed by a performance from a 70-strong choir from St Edmund's College (below). Guest speaker John Dickson addressed attendees on the importance of both conviction and compassion.

We're thankful for the politicians who joined us at the two AACS-sponsored tables, including including Senator Deborah O'Neill, Senator the Hon. Jonathon Duniam, Andrew Wallace MP, Andrew Hastie MP, Luke Gosling OAM MP, Matt O'Sullivan, Tony Zappia MP, and Senator Leah Blyth.

It is a privilege to be able to gather in Parliament House, supporting our political leaders and committing them and our nation to God in prayer.
“Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
